Henry Ventura joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2019. He specializes in the valuation of businesses, business interests and tangible and intangible assets for purposes of mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”) and other corporate finance purposes. As part of his focus on project management, Henry works to ensure seamless communication with clients, trustees and other service providers.
