Christopher Silvetti

Vice President

Christopher Silvetti joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2018. He advises middle-market companies on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), corporate valuation, financial opinions and other investment banking advisory services. He is responsible for providing project management services, corporate valuations and transaction analyses in support of capital structuring engagements, including the following: ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (MBO), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fairness opinions and other corporate finance-related topics.

Christopher also regularly presents webinars on the topic of valuation.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Prairie, Christopher was a Senior Valuation Consultant at Navigant Consulting. Prior to Navigant, Christopher was a Valuation Consultant at both Willamette Management Associates and Crowe Horwath. He also was a Financial Analyst at U.S. Bank. Christopher began his career as an Operations Manager at Trick Percussion Products, a manufacturing firm.

Education

Christopher earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Roosevelt University in Illinois. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance, from Ferris State University in Michigan.
