Darrell Smith rejoined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2021. Darrell’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on ownership transitions, strategic alternatives and transaction execution. Darrell frequently speaks at conferences and industry events including programs hosted by the Association for Corporate Growth (“ACG”) and The ESOP Association (“TEA”). Thought leadership topics include ownership transition, underperforming businesses, debt and equity raises and business valuation.
