Henry’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) transactions, valuation matters and ownership transition planning. Henry is actively involved in the employee ownership community and frequently speaks at conferences and industry events across the country. Thought leadership topics include ESOP sustainability, ownership transition, valuation, capital management and ESOP corporate strategies. In addition, Henry is a CFA Charterholder and an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation.
