Henry Ventura joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2019. He specializes in the valuation of businesses, business interests and tangible and intangible assets for purposes of mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and other corporate finance purposes. As part of his focus on project management, Henry works to ensure seamless communication with clients, trustees and other service providers.
Prior to joining Prairie, Henry was a Valuation Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in the transaction advisory services group. His responsibilities included engagement management, staff training and development, business development and client relationship management. Prior to that, Henry was employed at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services in the valuation and transaction advisory services group. His responsibilities included business valuations and intangible asset valuation for financial reporting, tax and strategic planning purposes.
Henry holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Ohio State University, a Post-Graduate Degree in Finance from Universidad APEC, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo.
