Macie Dorow joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2016. She executes mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), capital formation and other investment banking transactions. Macie is involved in all aspects of M&A transactions, including preparing financial models, analyzing business dynamics, conducting industry research, creating client marketing materials and coordinating due diligence.
