Anthony Dolan joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2005 and is a shareholder in the firm. He co-leads Prairie’s Investment Banking Practice, advising middle-market companies, shareholders and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, leveraged employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”) and other strategic transactions. Anthony has over 20 years of investment banking experience advising middle-market companies on ownership transitions and strategic transactions. He has advised on more than 50 transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in value across a range of middle-market industries. His experience includes significant transaction activity in the industrials, aerospace and defense and business services sectors.
Anthony has extensive experience advising founder-owned, privately held and ESOP-owned companies on ownership transition planning, transaction execution and capital strategy, and has particular expertise advising ESOP-owned companies on strategic sale transactions and liquidity events.
His experience spans all aspects of the M&A process, including transaction strategy, negotiation and execution. Anthony frequently presents at industry conferences and webinars hosted by organizations including The ESOP Association (“TEA”) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (“NCEO”). His thought leadership focuses on ownership transition planning, preparing companies for sale, ESOP transactions, debt financing and valuation, and he has authored articles on these subjects.
In 2017, Anthony received the 8th Annual Emerging Leaders Award presented by The M&A Advisor.
