OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL – July 31, 2025 – Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc., (“Prairie”) a leading corporate advisory and investment banking firm, is pleased to announce it has hired Reggie Graham as Vice President. Mr. Graham will be part of the Atlanta office and will be responsible for providing project management services, corporate valuations, and transaction analyses in support of capital structuring engagements, including the following: ESOP implementation, annual stock valuations, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (“MBOs”), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), fairness opinions, and other corporate finance-related topics.

Prior to rejoining Prairie, Reggie was a Director of Valuation Services at CBIZ, Inc. (formerly Marcum, LLP). Before that, he held senior management roles at firms such as Houlihan Lokey, Inc., KPMG, LLP, and KPMG Corporate Finance. For over 25 years, he has led high-impact financial advisory and transaction services across the U.S. and Europe, driving strategic outcomes in corporate finance at premier global firms.
Reggie holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Reggie is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (“ASA”) and holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 securities licenses.
