Will Hobby rejoined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. He advises middle-market companies on employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), corporate valuation, financial opinions and other investment banking advisory services. He is responsible for providing project management services, corporate valuations and transaction analyses in support of capital structuring engagements, including the following: ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (“MBOs”), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), fairness opinions and other corporate finance-related topics.
Prior to rejoining Prairie, Will was the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at CFO Advantage, LLC. Before that, he started as a Senior Associate at Arkona, LLC before being promoted to Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Will holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in the state of Kentucky. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Miami University in Ohio.
