Will Hobby rejoined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2023. Will’s work focuses on advising company boards of directors, shareholders and management teams on employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) transactions, valuation matters and ownership transition planning. Will participates in industry discussions and professional forums related to ESOP transactions, corporate valuation and ownership transition strategies. Thought leadership topics include ESOP implementation, leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts (“MBOs”), mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) and fairness opinions.
Prior to rejoining Prairie, Will was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at CFO Advantage, LLC. Before that, he joined Arkona, LLC as a Senior Associate and was later promoted to Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.
