Rebecca McElwain joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2020. She manages and delivers fair value analyses and valuation reports for privately held and publicly traded clients. Rebecca’s work focuses on advising clients on financial reporting valuation matters including purchase price allocations, portfolio and fund valuations, equity-based compensation and indefinite and long-lived intangible asset impairment testing. She works closely with clients and trusted service providers to ensure clear communication and effective execution of valuation engagements.
