Mitch DeShurko joined Prairie Capital Advisors in 2019. He completes financial analysis and modeling services, as well as analyzes the business dynamics and trends of publicly-traded companies. In addition, Mitch provides valuations for: financial reporting (i.e., purchase price allocations, portfolio and fund valuations, equity-based compensation valuations, and indefinite and long-lived intangible asset impairment testing), employee stock ownership plans and/or corporate and shareholder fair market value engagements for clients nationwide. Mitch also currently serves on Prairie’s ESOP Committee.
Prior to joining Prairie, Mitch was a Private Banking Analyst for J.P. Morgan. His professional experience also includes positions as an analyst within the Strategic Ventures and Investments team at Tortoise Capital Advisors and at Student Transportation of America where he supported M&A, Investor Relations and Business Development.
Mitch received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePauw University. At DePauw, Mitch was a member of the Management Fellows Honors Program and was awarded the Management Fellows Program Award for Excellence in Leadership. Mitch currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
